I'm going to be in operation tonight

Well, not really going on to operation, but rather becoming an operator. I will train for an hour...And than be left all alone for 4 hours to answer the phones, take messages and overhead people. I hate over heading people. I freeze up and it's like...THE ENTIRE STORE WILL HEAR ME MESS UP! And it wouldn't be the first time! I was trying to over head this lady and I said " attention ==== Guests, would page report to...Ugh....*click*"
Oh god...I'm just realizing how fricken loooooong this day is going to be. Can I please get a normal job? Something like 7-5 would be fine, doing anything okay!?? ANYTHING!
