Things for today...

Things I want to promise myself today:

No more cigarettes (day 1)
No more fast food
Eating Manageable amounts
Exercising
No more Soda

You don't need to change everything all at once. (OMG I sound parental)
Anyway pick 1 or 2 things to change. But good luck with it anyway.
